America's Favorite Married Couple

They quibble, they quarrel, and they squabble—they're The Bickersons! Over the years, countless fans have enjoyed listening to the frivolous arguments of John and Blanche Bickerson, hilariously portrayed by Don Ameche and Frances Langford. Through their endless bickering, this entertaining couple portrayed married life in a relatable and lively manner. They argued about everything, including what they had previously fought over. A fan-favorite sketch included the couple's arguments concerning John's sleeping and snoring patterns. Blanche, being kept awake by his snoring and not liking to be up alone, would wake up John, and thus, the bickering
and comedy began.
